We work closely with large organizations to produce videos that support training, communication, and brand storytelling across diverse business functions.Role DescriptionWe're looking for a detail-oriented Technical Writer to help us create high-quality content for consumer electronics topics. In this role, you'll turn complex technical information into clear, concise documentation used for YouTube content creation. This position follows a hybrid model, requiring about half of the work to be done from our Boise office.Key Responsibilities: Develop and maintain technical content for topics related to consumer electronics.Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information.Attend product meetings to stay up to date on new developments.Research topics internally and externally to support content developmentAssist with demonstrations and documentation of equipment repair processes.Contribute to team-based projects and cross-functional initiatives.  Required Qualifications: Some experience with computers and electronics, especially in office automationSome experience with computer hardware (i.e., building or replacing parts, ability to identify computer parts and their function)Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)Strong written communication and organizational skillsAbility to understand technical concepts and translate them into accessible content Nice to Have: Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, etc.)Prior work with repair documentation for consumer electronicsFamiliarity with video production techniques Education: College Degree in Communications/Writing or Equivalent Experience
