They’re part of the family, essential to our success and some have even worked with us for over 50 years!We are part of The Comfort Group, Australasia’s largest bedding and foam manufacturer, operating across seven factories nationally in New Zealand and internationally in Australia.The OpportunityReporting to the Production Supervisor, and working as part of the foams conversion team, your responsibilities will include:Rotation of duties eg: Machine Operation, QA, AssemblyManual Handling – up to 30KgsConduct quality checks on all products and report any faults/concernsAlways follow safety guidelines and report any risks immediatelyAbout YouThe successful applicants will be hard-working team players and will be able to commit to permanent employment. In addition to this, you will be:An experienced FL operatorPhysically fit and capable of lifting to 30kgs Good time management skills and a solid attendance recordA willingness to learn and a can-do attitudeStrong attention to detailAny experience working with fabric/textiles will be highly regardedPrevious experience in Manufacturing is an advantage but not essentialOn OfferSkillsUpon completing training, you will contribute to manufacturing the best sleep solutions.
