In this role, you will be responsible for conducting advanced production tests, analyzing results, and ensuring the quality of our manufactured products.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesPerform complex production tests using advanced testing equipment and proceduresAnalyze test results and compile detailed reports for engineering and management teamsTroubleshoot and resolve technical issues in the production testing processDevelop and implement improvements to testing procedures and methodologiesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiencyMaintain accurate records of test results, equipment calibration, and maintenance activitiesTrain and mentor junior technicians on testing procedures and best practicesEnsure compliance with quality control standards and safety regulationsQualificationsREQUIRED:Associate's degree or higher in Electronics, Engineering Technology, or related field5+ years of experience in production testing or related fieldPreferredAdvanced knowledge of production testing equipment and proceduresProficiency in data analysis and reportingFamiliarity with quality control standards and processesExperience with automated test equipment and systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsIn-depth understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assuranceRelevant industry certifications (e.g., IPC, ASQ) preferredSkillsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong communication skills, both verbal and writtenStrong troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsAdditional InformationSandisk thrives on the power and potential of diversity.
