This includes building machines, developing compounds, and advancing automation for lights-out manufacturing.TechnicianAs a Technician at Definition Technologies, you will work at the heart of our production facility, maintaining and operating our fleet of industrial 3D printers. You ensure the machines run smoothly and keep production efficient and reliable.Operate and maintain over 100 industrial 3D printersPrepare, start, and manage print jobs across the whole machine park.Conduct quality checks on printed parts and production consistencyManage material loading, printer alignment, and production schedulesSupport process improvements to increase uptime and efficiencyCollaborate with engineers to test new hardware and upgradesAfter gaining experience and a strong understanding of our production systems, you can advance to roles such as Lead Operator, Production Coordinator, or join the Engineering Team to help develop and optimize new machines and processes.
