Job Title: Technician – TV Technical SupportJob Code: JPC - 5606Location: Abu Dhabi – UAEExperience: 3-5 Years Education: Bachelor’s degreeLanguage: Excellent in English Job DescriptionEnsure proper connection of cables and interfaces between different pieces of equipment, including signal route and network configurations.Diagnosing and troubleshoot a wide range of technical issues related to TV hardware, including picture quality issues, sound problems, connectivity issues, and installation challenges.Provide immediate technical support during live broadcasts to minimize interruptions, such as fixing equipment malfunctions or adjusting broadcast signals in real time.Perform advanced troubleshooting techniques using specialized diagnostic tools and equipment.Testing and maintenance of broadcast equipment (e.g. camera, pedestals, lenses.).Replace or repair faulty electronic components as needed.Prepare all the needed cabling (Video, Audio and Data) for installation including crimping and solderingDocument technical issues and resolutions thoroughly for future reference and knowledge sharing
