Working in close partnership with our technical sales engineering teams, you'll translate client operational challenges into robotics-based solutions that deliver measurable ROI.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive the customer analytics and solution development agendaDesign solutions based on the customer journeyAnalyze and understand customer needs and requirementsLead and drive the building of solutions together with Product, Operations and Technology teamsBuild and maintain cost and pricing modelsPerform market analysis and market research to identify and build ICPs and target segmentsCollaboration with customers and partners teams to build trusting and meaningful relationshipsBrand representation: Represent SteerAI at industry events, conferences, and forums to enhance brand visibility and thought leadership.Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.Experience: 3-5 years in business development, consulting, corporate development, sales, or strategic partnerships within the technology, defense, or logistics sectors.Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of autonomous driving systems and robotics, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to diverse audiences.Regional Expertise: Experience from working in the Middle East preferred.Communication Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills, with fluency in English, Arabic is a very strong plus.Mobility: Willingness to travel across the region as requiredWhat we offerWe offer a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the opportunity to work alongside some of the brightest minds in the Autonomous Robotics industry.
