Act as a role model to inspire a team of engaged workersTogether with Team Lead, take initiative to create a positive and motivating work environment and culture within the teamEnsure adherence to published schedules and delivery requirements - determine manufacturing priorities and update weekly plans, together with the workshop teamActively participate in project meetingsOversee efficient work flow, and drive 5S and Lean Thinking processes - safe and positive implementation of improvements in cooperation with the teamInterpret specifications and make sound judgments related to production processesCoordinate and optimize workshop activities; including providing technical support, and the intervention of support services (maintenance, quality, methods, etc.
