Job Description
Position OverviewWe are seeking a Techno-Commercial Manager with hands-on experience in adsorbents (e.g., activated alumina, silica gel, molecular sieves, zeolites, carbon-based adsorbents) to lead and develop our Egyptian market.The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and commercial acumen, capable of supporting customers in applications such as gas drying, purification, petrochemical processing, and air separation.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute Altek’s business strategy for adsorbents in Egypt.Identify new customers in gas, petrochemical, and industrial process sectors.Provide technical guidance on product selection, process optimization, and performance improvement.Build and manage relationships with key accounts and distributors.Conduct market analysis, pricing strategy, and sales forecasting.Collaborate with Altek’s regional teams for supply chain, technical, and marketing support.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or Materials Science (Master’s preferred).5–10 years of experience in sales, business development, or technical service related to adsorbents or catalysts.In-depth understanding of adsorption technologies and their industrial applications.Proven track record in developing and growing business in industrial, gas, or petrochemical sectors.Strong communication skills in English (Arabic a plus).Self-driven, technically sound, and business-oriented professional.
