Analysts play a critical role in supporting deal execution and origination, conducting financial analysis, and preparing client-facing materials. You will gain exposure to cross-border transactions and work closely with senior bankers across multiple European markets.Responsibilities:Support senior bankers in deal origination and execution across EMEA, including preparing historical and projected financial statements.Conduct financial and valuation analysis (DCF, comparable company, and precedent transaction analyses) for technology clients.Assist in preparing client presentations, pitch materials, and deal documentation tailored to EMEA markets.Analyse corporate operations, market trends, shareholder profiles, and portfolio performance across European and regional clients.Prepare materials to support credit, compliance, engagement committee, and balance sheet approvals.Take ownership of standard processes and contribute to the team’s operational efficiency.Qualifications And Experience1+ years of professional experience, ideally in investment banking, corporate finance, or technology-focused advisory.Strong analytical and numerical skills, with proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Proven team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working across multiple EMEA jurisdictions.Intellectual curiosity and motivation to learn from senior bankers and contribute to complex transactions.Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, including building forecasts, valuations, and scenario analyses.We are an equal opportunity employer and are committed to promoting diversity, preventing discrimination and providing a supportive and inclusive working environment.
