Technology Learning Partner Location: Dunwoody/Sandy Springs, GA (Hybrid – 3 days in office per week) Compensation: $120,000 annuallyAre you passionate about helping people learn new technology and see what’s possible when innovation meets curiosity? We’re looking for a Technology Learning Partner to help employees across the business understand, adopt, and apply emerging tools—especially AI—to make their work smarter and more impactful.In this role, you’ll sit within our Learning & Organizational Development team and design learning programs that bring technology to life. You’ll lead workshops, build hands-on training experiences, and guide an internal community of early adopters who share best practices across departments. The goal: make new technology approachable, practical, and part of how people work every day.What You’ll DoDesign and deliver engaging learning sessions on new technology and AI tools across business functions.Collaborate with leaders in Operations, Product, Engineering, and HR to identify where technology can drive measurable improvements.Build and support a community of technology “champions” to accelerate adoption and share success stories.Create accessible learning resources—guides, playbooks, and on-demand modules—that translate complex ideas into real-world applications.Facilitate workshops that inspire experimentation and help employees gain confidence using new tools.Contribute to responsible-use standards and best practices for emerging technologies.Measure program participation, collect feedback, and continuously refine learning strategies for greater impact.What We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience in learning and development, enablement, instructional design, or organizational change.Excellent facilitation and communication skills with a talent for simplifying technical topics.Passion for technology and curiosity about AI and automation tools.Experience designing blended or experiential learning programs.Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with diverse teams.Project management capability and comfort in a fast-moving environment.Why This Role MattersTechnology is advancing fast, and we want our people to feel confident using it—not overwhelmed by it.
