Building Scalable Systems, Secure Infrastructure & Operational ExcellenceAbout The RoleAs our Technology Operations Manager, you are the backbone of our technical ecosystem, the person who ensures our SaaS platform and other supporting systems is stable, scalable, secure, monitored, and aligned with the needs of the business.You will own the operational heartbeat of our technology stack: account farming stability, architecture, security, disaster recovery, QA, and the reporting systems that keep leadership informed. Your mission is to create a highly reliable, well-documented, and future-proofed environment that supports growth, innovation, and resilience.This role is designed for someone who thrives in complexity, operates with precision, and builds systems that scale without breaking.Key Responsibilities1. Day-to-Day Technology Operations Management Own the day-to-day stability of all core systems, infrastructure, tools, and environments. Actively troubleshoot operational issues, production incidents, environment inconsistencies, and system failures. Maintain tight control over uptime, performance, latency, resource utilisation, and operational risk. Implement workarounds, patches, or configuration changes while documenting root cause and next steps.2. DevOps, CI/CD & Deployment Automation Maintain and improve CI/CD pipelines to increase deployment speed and reduce release failures. Build automation around provisioning, patching, scaling, deployments, and rollback procedures. Implement guardrails for safe releases, including automated testing, pre-deployment checks, and monitoring hooks. Provide hands-on code reviews and support during deployments, merge requests, rollback events, and versioning updates.3. System Monitoring, Observability & Incident Response Implement and manage monitoring tools (metrics, logs, traces) to ensure full visibility across systems. Set up alerting, thresholds, and escalation rules to detect anomalies early. Lead incident response efforts, coordinating technical troubleshooting, hotfix deployment, and recovery steps. Perform deep-dive root cause analysis and deliver actionable improvements after every incident.4. End-to-End Quality Assurance (TQM) & Operational Quality Control Build and implement a full end-to-end Total Quality Management (TQM) framework across all systems, processes, and engineering workflows. Define quality standards that apply to infrastructure, deployments, automations, scripts, account farming processes, and operational tooling. Develop repeatable QA checks for every stage of the operational lifecycle setup, configuration, deployment, monitoring, updates, and incident response. Introduce automated and manual validation steps to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with technical and operational requirements. Lead post-incident quality reviews and ensure identified issues are permanently resolved through improved processes, automation, or architectural changes. Maintain documentation, test scripts, SOPs, and standards that ensure operational excellence at scale.5. Team Leadership, Coordination & Departmental Accountability Provide hands-on leadership to the technology operations team, ensuring clarity of priorities, consistent delivery, and high operational standards. Allocate tasks, review work quality, and support engineers in troubleshooting, problem-solving, and reengineering efforts. Maintain full accountability for the department's performance, output stability, and service levels, and alignment with company objectives. Foster a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution across all operational workflows.6. Security, Access Control & Operational Governance Manage user access, keys, secrets, permissions, and environment-level security settings. Implement secure deployment procedures, system hardening, and vulnerability fixes. Maintain audit logs, change tracking, and compliance documentation for all critical systems. Ensure secure workflows for engineering, internal operations, and customer-facing systems.Skills & Experience Needed 5+ years in technology operations, infrastructure engineering, DevOps, SRE, or similar. Experience managing high-volume systems, technical workflows, security frameworks, and operational reporting. Strong architectural thinking and ability to redesign systems for scale. Deep understanding of QA methodologies, monitoring tools, and operational systems. Exceptional documentation, process design, and communication skills. Able to operate autonomously while coordinating across multiple teams.Who You Are An intelligent systems thinker with strong operational instincts.
