Act as a trusted delivery advisor to clients, helping shape delivery strategy, governance, and execution. Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of outcomes. Establish and maintain delivery frameworks, including planning, risk management, reporting, and quality assurance. Support clients in programme recovery, health checks, and delivery assurance reviews. Drive continuous improvement across delivery practices, leveraging Deloitte global assets and accelerators. Contribute to business development through proposal writing, client engagement, and opportunity shaping. Mentor and grow delivery talent within the team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration. QualificationsYour expertise5+ years of experience in technology delivery across complex programmes and projects. Proven track record in leading Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery approaches. Strong understanding of delivery governance, risk management, and stakeholder engagement. Experience managing budgets, scope, timelines, and vendor relationships. Skilled in delivery assurance, programme recovery, and client advisory. Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders. Experience across industries such as public sector, health, financial services, or utilities is a plus. Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, AgilePM) are beneficial.
