Programme Leader / Success Coach – Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Programme (NUSSOC)About the Role:We are seeking a seasoned technology leader with a strong background in digital innovation and executive mentoring to join us as a Programme Leader / Success Coach for the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) Programme. This individual will play a pivotal role in guiding senior technology professionals and executives through a transformative learning journey designed in collaboration with a premier global university.The role is ideally suited for professionals with a proven track record in leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives, driving emerging technology adoption, and mentoring leaders at the intersection of technology and business strategy.Key Responsibilities:Participant Mentorship & Engagement: Provide academic and practical mentorship to programme participants, helping them apply learnings to real-world strategic and operational challenges.Facilitation & Coaching: Lead live sessions, case discussions, and feedback reviews to enhance learning outcomes for senior executives and technology leaders.Thought Leadership: Bring industry perspectives to the classroom by sharing insights on emerging technology trends, strategic leadership, and innovation practices.Learning Support: Monitor participant progress and offer guidance to ensure a high-quality learning experience aligned with programme objectives.Collaboration: Work closely with academic faculty and the programme management team to maintain academic rigor and real-world relevance throughout the course.Preferred Expertise:Deep understanding of digital innovation, emerging technologies, and strategic technology leadership.Proven experience in AI, Machine Learning, Blockchain, Cloud Computing, and Cybersecurity Governance.Demonstrated success in scaling technology-driven businesses, digital transformation, and strategic agility.Experience managing complex technology portfolios, cross-functional teams, and inter-firm collaborations.Strong background in executive coaching, influence building, and change management.Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills suited to engaging C-suite executives and senior technology leaders.Ideal Profile:15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles such as CTO, CIO, Head of Digital Transformation, or equivalent.Prior experience in executive coaching, leadership facilitation, or academic mentorship preferred.A passion for advancing the practice of technology leadership through knowledge sharing and applied learning.Engagement Type:Part-time / Contractual engagement (virtual format)Location:Open to global candidates Emeritus provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal or state laws
