Telco Solution Architect - OSS/BSS

AxiaMetrics are looking for an experienced Telco Solution Architect with deep domain knowledge in OSS/BSS to lead the design of scalable, end-to-end telecom solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and clients to ensure architectural integrity and alignment with business objectives, particularly for large transformation and digitalization programs.Key Responsibilities:Design and own end-to-end OSS/BSS solutions for telecom service providers, covering fulfilment, assurance, billing, CRM, and order management Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and engineering to define solution architecture aligned to business requirements Develop and present solution blueprints, high-level designs, and technology roadmaps Support RFP/RFI responses, client workshops, and pre-sales technical discussions Ensure architectural alignment with telecom standards (e.g., TM Forum – eTOM, SID) Recommend integration patterns, cloud strategies, and API designs Drive reuse, standardisation, and scalability across solution components Guide development and implementation teams, and ensure smooth transition from design to delivery Requirements8+ years of experience in OSS/BSS architecture within telecom environments Hands-on expertise with platforms like Amdocs, Netcracker, Oracle, Ericsson, Huawei, or similar Strong knowledge of TM Forum frameworks (eTOM, TAM, SID), ITIL, and cloud-native architecture principles Familiarity with API/microservices, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines Proven ability to align technical solutions with strategic business goals Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; TOGAF or TM Forum certification is a plus Excellent communication, client-facing, and stakeholder management skills
