Telemarketing Arabic

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketing Arabic position, located in Lahore. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, providing excellent customer service, supporting customer needs, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include maintaining customer databases, following up on leads, closing sales, and addressing customer inquiries in both Arabic and English languages.QualificationsExperience in Lead Generation and Sales skillsCustomer Service and Customer Support skillsStrong Communication skills in Arabic and EnglishAbility to maintain and update customer information in relevant databasesPrior experience in telemarketing is a plusStrong organizational and time-management skillsAbility to meet sales targets and work in a team environmentHigh school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
