Engagement & CultureAssist in planning and executing employee engagement activities, festive celebrations, and well-being initiatives to foster a positive workplace cultureSupport internal communications by preparing creative content for events and campaignsOnboarding SupportHelp coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including orientation sessions and onboarding kits, to create a welcoming experience for new employeesEvent OperationsAssist in managing event logistics such as venue booking, catering, decorations, and vendor coordinationMaintain engagement-related documentation like event reports, feedback summaries, and budget trackersCross-Team CollaborationWork with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution of Culture initiatives and alignment with company values.
