Multitasking is normal, and sometimes, your skills or natural talents will be leveraged to support other business priorities. That said, the bulk of your working hours should involve you having to: Daily Tasks: Monitor and manage the ULD Group EmailUpdate Disposition ReportTrack Unreported ULD from UnilodeUpdate ULD status to respective airline teamsCoordinate with the Unilode inventory teamTrace missing ULDs and follow up with stationsCommunicate with station ULD teams to verify status Weekly Tasks:
Prepare On-Loan ReportGenerate KPI reports for UCM and SCM messaging performanceSend reminders to low-performing stations to improve complianceManage ULD trucking delivery to stations (where applicable) Monthly Tasks: Propose ULD allocation plans for D7 and AK Database & Reporting: Maintain and update Google Sheet databases: Track excessive/damaged ULDsExtract information from emails and reflect it in the relevant sheetsMonitor A321 and A330 ULD performance dataRequirementsPersonal Attributes: Strong organizational skills and attention to detailSelf-motivated with a strong work ethicAbility to work independently and responsiblyPreferred qualifications:
