Company: Pro-Leaders - KSALocation: Loran, Alexandria – EgyptWork Model: Full-time, On-siteResponsibilities:1- Lead and Coach the Team: This is a core function. The team leader is responsible for training new team members, providing ongoing coaching and feedback, and conducting performance reviews. They also motivate the team to meet and exceed their sales quotas.2- Monitor Performance: The team leader tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) like call volume, conversion rates, and sales revenue. They use this data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to boost team performance.3- Handle Escalations: When difficult customer situations arise, the team leader steps in to resolve them. This could involve handling complaints, addressing technical issues, or negotiating with a customer to close a sale.4- Set Goals and Strategize: A team leader sets daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals for the team. They also develop sales strategies, scripts, and campaigns to drive sales and expand the customer base.5- Report on Progress: They are responsible for preparing and presenting regular reports on team performance to upper management. This includes highlighting achievements, challenges, and proposed solutions.✅ Qualifications:Experience: Proven experience in a tele-sales or sales role, with at least 5+ years in a leadership or supervisory position.Skills: Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
