Role Description We are seeking a motivated Telesales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in Sector 2. The role involves reaching out to potential clients, handling inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and generating leads to meet sales goals. The Telesales Executive will be responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, efficiently addressing their concerns, and presenting customized consultation solutions to help them resolve loan-related issues. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and build trustProficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniques to identify and convert potential clientsCustomer Support skills to address inquiries and provide personalized assistanceAbility to work effectively in a target-driven environmentConfidence in handling phone-based communication with professionalism and empathyPrevious experience in telesales or client-facing roles is preferredEducational qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business or a related field is a plus
