RequirementsBachelor’s degree (high qualification required).Minimum 1–2 years of experience in telesales or customer service(preferably in the electrical field such as cables, wires, or electrical supplies).Strong communication and negotiation skills.Ability to handle customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively.Team player with the ability to coordinate with the field sales team.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and good reporting skills. Follow up with traders and coordinate with sales representatives to ensure smooth operations.Handle customers’ requests, inquiries, and complaints professionally.Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.Maintain an updated customer database and sales records.Communicate offers, promotions, and new products to clients.Provide feedback from customers to improve service and performance.
