Serving over 57,000 merchants across Hong Kong, Singapore, and Japan, KPay is unleashing merchants' growth potential by building a one-stop platform for financial management, business operations and digital transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct outbound cold calls to SME business owners to introduce KPay’s payment solutions and generate interest.Qualify leads and schedule appointments for field sales representatives to conduct in-person or virtual meetings.Understand and communicate KPay’s value proposition clearly and persuasively to prospects across different industries.Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and meeting outcomes using CRM tools.Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls made, leads generated, and meetings booked.Follow up on warm leads from marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries when applicable.Key Requirements1+ years of experience in telesales, or a similar outbound sales role, ideally targeting SMEs.Strong communication and persuasion skills, with a clear and confident phone presence.Resilience and persistence, with the ability to handle objections and rejection professionally.Goal-oriented mindset, with a strong drive to meet and exceed KPIs and team targets.Organized and detail-oriented, able to manage lead pipelines and follow up consistently.Basic computer literacy, with experience using CRM systems or lead-tracking tools.Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coordinating effectively with field sales and marketing.Being fluent in English is a must, knowing more languages would be a plus.The compensation range is $800 - $1200 AUD + $50 per sale
