Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Qesm El Maadi for a Telesales Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, engaging customers to understand their needs, and presenting relevant products or services tailored to their requirements. You will work towards achieving sales targets while providing excellent customer service and maintaining accurate sales records. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to continuously improve strategies and participate in ongoing training to enhance performance. Qualifications Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to address client needs and ensure satisfactionExcellent Communication skills and the ability to engage and build rapport with clientsProficiency in Sales techniques and the ability to meet or exceed sales targetsWillingness to participate in Training sessions to develop and refine skillsProactive, goal-oriented attitude with a focus on delivering excellent customer experiencesFluency in multiple languages is a plusExperience in telesales and knowledge of CRM systems is advantageous
