Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Telesales Specialist to join our growing team.In this role, you will be responsible for contacting potential clients, introducing our digital marketing services, and helping convert leads into opportunities.Success in this role means generating qualified leads, building strong relationships, and supporting our sales team with consistent results. You’ll play a key part in Rawnaq’s mission to help businesses elevate their online presence.ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients and follow up on inbound leads.Present and promote Rawnaq’s digital marketing services (SEO, social media, ads, web design).Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making readiness.Schedule meetings between leads and senior sales or marketing strategists.Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and outcomes in the CRM system.Achieve and exceed monthly performance KPIs (calls, conversions, meetings booked).Collaborate with marketing to refine messaging and lead-generation strategies.Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.QualificationsPrevious telesales or inside-sales experience (preferably in marketing or B2B services).Excellent verbal communication skills — confident, clear, and persuasive.Strong listening and negotiation abilities.Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection positively.Strong organizational and time-management skills.Comfortable using CRM tools, spreadsheets, and basic reporting.Fluent in Arabic; good English communication is a plus.Based in Egypt, with the ability to work hybrid (office + remote).What We OfferCompetitive base salary plus commission and performance bonuses.Clear growth path into senior sales or account management.Continuous training and support from a collaborative team.Opportunity to represent a fast-growing digital agency with real impact.Flexible, modern work environment (hybrid).
