Pay: $80-$90kMinimum RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field. 7 years of progressive HR experience, including HRBP responsibilities. Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws and employee relations. Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills. Ability to balance strategic partnership with hands-on execution. Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leadership to manage employee relations, performance, and organizational effectiveness. Conduct thorough, objective investigations and advise on corrective actions and progressive discipline. Support workforce planning, goal setting, and performance review processes. Provide guidance on policies, employment law, and best practices. Collaborate with HR peers across the U.S. and leverage shared global resources.
