Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Develop a Master Plan strategy for the merchandising mix for both existing and new branches.Manage new retail space sales by sourcing suitable and trendy new tenants.Analyze the market and current consumer needs.Plan the renovation of existing shopping centers (Renovation Plan).Collaborate on the design of the layout for the floor plan to present and sell retail space to tenants.Formulate a strategy for space sales and revenue growth to meet the company's targets.Manage new retail space sales by sourcing new tenants that are suitable for the following categories: (Fashion: International Brands, Local Brands, Restaurants, Beauty, Spa & Wellness, IT & Technology, Banks & Non-Banks and Specialty)Oversee and manage the Retail Merchandise group, including City Walk, Kiosks, Open Plan: Food, Non-Food, IT & Technology and Booth MobileOversee and manage the Theme Park group.Supervise and approve store designs.Set policies and oversee the Shopping Center Management and Marketing Shopping to ensure consistent standards.Job Qualifications:At least 15 years of work experience.Knowledge of retail marketing and business partnership development.Other SkillsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.Ability to systematically analyze problems.Proficiency in communication, coordination, and planning.Ability to effectively monitor tasks and ensure they are completed according to plan.Highly responsible.Effective communication skills in a foreign language, especially English.
