While driving the digitalization of retail, medical, education, transportation and other industries, CSIG helps companies serve users in smarter ways, building a new ecosystem of intelligent industries that connect users and businesses.What The Role EntailsAs Tencent Cloud expands its engineering presence across Southeast Asia, we are hiring a Cloud Quality Assurance Lead to take end-to-end ownership of product quality across one or more international cloud offerings. This is a leadership role for someone ready to not just execute tests, but to architect testing frameworks, drive automation strategies, and champion cross-regional reliability standards. You’ll be leading testing initiatives that ensure the stability, scalability, and performance of our cloud services, while working hand-in-hand with product, development, and delivery teams across regional markets. If you are looking for a high-impact opportunity to build world-class testing capabilities in one of the fastest-growing global cloud environments — we want you on the team.ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end testing lifecycle for at least one core cloud product, including test requirement analysis, test case design, execution, defect tracking, and quality reporting.Continuously improve test efficiency and effectiveness through automation, chaos testing, DevOps methodologies, and AI-driven testing tools.Provide delivery support where needed by collaborating with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business needs and ensure smooth product deployment. Who We Look ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.8+ years of experience in software/system testing, automation, and test development, with 3+ years of team management experience. Hands-on experience with automation and performance testing frameworks.Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Java, C++).Familiarity with major cloud platforms such as Tencent Cloud, AWS, Azure, or GCP.Fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin (spoken and written) for internal and external cross-region and cross-functional communications.
