Tender Engineer

🚨 We’re Hiring: Tender Engineer (3–6 Years Experience)MOHAMED ABOUSAMRA DESIGNS, a leading Architecture and Interior Design Company in Egypt is expanding its technical team.We are seeking a qualified Tender Engineer with a strong background in cost estimation, tender preparation, and value engineering to join our growing organization.This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse high-end residential, commercial, and hospitality projects, transforming exceptional interior and architectural designs into reality.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to ensure full understanding of project requirements.Perform detailed quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and BOQs for finishing and fit-out projects.Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors to support accurate pricing.Analyze technical and financial proposals, ensuring compliance with tender requirements.Prepare tender clarifications, reports, and cost summaries for management review.Participate in bid evaluation, negotiation, and value engineering discussions.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market prices, materials, and construction methods.Qualifications & RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.3–6 years of proven experience in tendering, estimation, or quantity surveying within the finishing and fit-out industry.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Excel, and MS Office; familiarity with Primavera or similar project management tools is a plus.Strong analytical, numerical, and organizational skills.Excellent command of English and Arabic (written and spoken).High attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.Strong communication skills and the ability to coordinate effectively with suppliers, subcontractors, and clients.📍 Location: New Cairo, Egypt🕒 Employment Type: Full-timeJoin MOHAMED ABOUSAMRA DESIGNS and be part of a team that brings exceptional designs to life through quality execution and technical precision.
