The prestige and volume of our completed and ongoing projects have put our company at the forefront of the construction market!For more information: http://www.syncons.euJob Description:Reviewing project requirements, technical specifications and drawings, obtaining required detailsReviewing construction plans and preparing quantity surveys or checking quantity requirementsPrepare and analyze project costings for tenders, such as materials, quantities, labour and timeFinding suppliers and communicating in accordance with project requirements and obtaining offers and required information for tendersComparing and analyzing multiple offers from different suppliers, preparing comparison charts, keeping record and archivingPricing/forecasting the cost of the different components needed for a projectPreparing preliminary work schedules for tenders.As for the skills and experience we are looking for:Graduated from related engineering departments of universities (Civil Engineering or Architecture or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering) At least 2 years of experience in Technical Office or Tender DepartmentStrong analytical and critical thinking skillsAttention to detailEager to learnStrong communication skills to communicate with suppliersGood understanding sub & superstructure construction worksAble to analyze project requirements, technical specifications, drawingsExcellent command of English, both written and spokenProficient in using Excel, MS Project and AutoCAD
