Tender & Sales Operations Coordinator (Civil Engineering / Road Surfacing / Infrastructure)Location: CorkJob Type: Full-time, PermanentSalary: €50,000-€65,000 (DOE)Benefits: 5% pension, healthcare, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP), career progression and professional developmentAbout the RoleWe are seeking a Tender & Sales Operations Coordinator to support the commercial and business development function of a leading civil engineering and road surfacing contractor operating across Leinster and Munster.This role is focused on identifying new tender opportunities, supporting bid submissions, tracking commercial pipeline activity, and ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of documentation across both tendering and sales.You'll work closely with Contracts Managers and Sales Teams across multiple regions and business units, and you'll maintain full visibility of opportunities from lead stage through to award. Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify, track, and monitor tender opportunities and business leads across Leinster and Munster.Coordinate with Contracts Managers and Sales Teams to review suitability and prepare responses.Maintain a live database of all opportunities (identified, tendered, quoted, won, lost).Assist in compiling and submitting tenders, framework submissions, and sales proposals.Ensure all submissions are completed accurately and issued on time.Liaise with internal teams to gather technical, commercial, HSEQ, insurance, and compliance documentation needed for submissions.Support reporting on hit rates, outcomes, lessons learned, and areas for improvement.Prepare professional, client-facing documentation and coordinate version control.Provide general commercial and administrative support to operational and sales leadership.What We're Looking ForExperience in tender coordination/bid support/proposal management/sales administration, ideally in construction, civils, infrastructure, utilities, or related industries.Strong organisational and project management skills; able to manage multiple deadlines at once.Confident communicator with the ability to work with different stakeholders (operations, commercial, HSEQ, sales, etc.).Strong attention to detail in written proposals and submitted documentation.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and general document management.Understanding of public and private sector tender processes is an advantage (not essential).What's on OfferSalary: €50,000-€65,000 (depending on experience).5% pension.Healthcare.Employee Assistance Programme (EAP).Career progression and long-term development within a well-established civil engineering/infrastructure business.Exposure to both commercial and operational teams, with the opportunity to develop further in bids, commercial support, or business development.Who this suitsSomeone currently doing bids/tenders admin or proposals coordination who wants more ownership.A commercially aware coordinator who likes structure, tracking, reporting, and deadlines.A self-starter who's comfortable supporting multiple regions and teams at once.How to ApplyPlease apply with:Your CVA short summary of your experience in tenders/bids/proposals/sales supportYour notice periodYour salary expectations Crewit Resourcing are acting as an Employment Agency and Business.
