Job Description

Business Intelligence Specialist - Copenhagen: How does stepping in to a business that serves millions of customers across the globe and helping them to become a market leader in data-driven decision sound?This company is in the very beginning of their Microsoft Fabric journey and want to find someone to help steer this ship!With a well built solution already in place, we are now in a position where we can become on of the first businesses in Denmark to fully adopt the fabric platform.

This role is not only going to be a technical challenge that will include tasks like designing, developing and maintaining new data pipelines into the gold semantic layer, data modelling and report building. It will also allow you to be closer to the business and offer strategic value. Collaborating directly with the Head of ERP and BI to guide and advise the business through this journey. Key ResponsibilitiesLead the implementation and development of our Microsoft Fabric BI platform. Design, build, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.

Write and optimize DAX code for complex data models and calculations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. Manage BI-related projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Act as the internal BI champion, promoting data literacy and best practices across the organization. Required Skills & QualificationsProven experience with Power BI and DAX in a professional setting. Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL processes, and data visualization principles. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills—able to translate complex data into clear business insights.

Solid project management capabilities, with a track record of delivering BI solutions on time. Experience working alongside ERP systems or specialists is a plus. Fluent in English; Danish is a bonus but not required. As ever, the salary will be based on years of relevant experience with a pension & healthcare package provided by PFA.
