QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTIONYILPORT Holding Inc. is the first terminal and port operator holding company in Turkey. Today, YILPORT Holding operates 22 marine ports and 5 land terminals across 12 countries in 6 regions including Turkey, Nordic, Iberia, Latin America, Mediterranean, and Africa with a vision to create world-class, multipurpose facilities on an international scale.As part of our expanding organization, we are looking for a 'Terminal Manager' to join our Ankara Intermodal Terminal.QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration, or Engineering),Minimum of 8–10 years of professional experience in the field,Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) at an advanced level,Fluency in English,Excellent verbal and written communication skills,Proven leadership abilities with strong strategic thinking and operational management skills,Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities,Experience in managing cross-functional teams,Knowledge of international trade and logistics regulations. JOB DESCRIPTIONLead annual planning, budgeting, and target setting for terminal and logistics operations of Ankara Intermodal TerminalBased on logistics needs both inside and outside the terminal, conduct feasibility studies, develop projects and pricingDevelop and implement systems to ensure efficient, high-quality, and customerfocused servicesSupport business growth through market research, customer visits, and commercial offersManage supplier agreements, including contracts for labor, machinery, and service purchases; ensure invoice complianceEnsure service delivery aligns with agreementsBuild and maintain relationships with public authorities (e.g., TCDD, OSB) and regulatory officesEnsure legal compliance and accurate billing for all services providedMonitor terminal performance and implement continuous improvement strategiesRepresent the company in official areas when required and report regularly to top managementOversee team performance and ensure alignment with company policies and HSSE standards
