Terminal Planning Lead

Area of responsibilityDelivery network execution and optimization in the assigned ports within the OPS geography.Manage and drive port operations efficiency to our fleet, as well as E2E service delivery to our customer.Conduct daily operations including vessel scheduling, terminal resource allocation and optimization, berthing line-up and vessel formalities etc.Support ships to fulfil planned port activities including bunkering, sludge operations, medical services, crew change, repair and provision etc.Ensure company procedures and guidelines are effectively communicated and implemented.Essential job tasksExecute Marine Planning tasks in assigned FEA ports: Co-work with Port Captain for the daily berthing programme for vessel scheduling, resource allocation and operations efficiency into good consideration Send arrival declaration for incoming vessels with terminals Conduct coastal planning with up and downstream ports or ranges Drive initiatives to reduce port expense and other cost savings Identify berth clashes, propose short term solutions and priority, and execute as per agreement/SOP Plan and execute contingencies in coordination with other functions to protect safety, low cost, schedule reliability and operation efficiency Coordinate holidays plans with internal stakeholders Supports Crisis and Incident Management Team in related incidents/crisis.
