Terminals Product Manager

About the RoleWe’re looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Terminals Product Manager to join our team on a maternity cover contract. This role is central to enhancing the passenger and airline experience at Dublin Airport by driving improvements in terminal standards, service delivery, and operational efficiency.You’ll lead initiatives that shape how our terminals look, feel, and function—ensuring they meet the highest standards of usability, aesthetics, and customer satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and lead the delivery of terminal product standards, always with a passenger-first mindset.Collaborate across teams to align standards with cost, revenue, and quality targets (ACI/SQM).Analyse service quality metrics (SQMs) and identify opportunities for improvement.Map customer journeys and personas to uncover service gaps and implement solutions.Implement systems to capture and act on the Voice of Customer and Voice of Process.Quantify service inputs, processes, and outputs to ensure consistent delivery.Benchmark terminal performance against industry best practices and other airports.Contribute to the design and rollout of future terminal solutions.Manage the Terminal Product Lead and oversee both BAU and project workstreams.Report progress to senior stakeholders and maintain alignment with strategic goals.Approve permit-to-work requests and act as the key interface for terminal-related queries.
