Summary: We're seeking a skilled Project Manager with strong project management and operations capabilities to oversee the implementation and ongoing management of our professional services solutions and general operations. The ideal candidate will leverage Asana for project management, be excellent in client engagement with expertise in the financial services space, develop project reports and dashboards, ensure smooth service delivery, maintain client satisfaction, and drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end service delivery projects from initiation to completionDevelop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using AsanaConduct thorough business analysis to align service delivery with client needsDesign and implement project reporting systems and dashboardsProduce regular project status reports and present to stakeholdersCoordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely service implementationAct as the primary liaison between clients, internal teams, and stakeholdersMonitor service performance metrics and implement improvementsManage risks and resolve issues that may impact service deliveryEnsure adherence to SLAs and maintain high client satisfaction levelsDevelop and maintain documentation for service delivery processesRequirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in service deliveryProven experience with Asana for project management and collaborationStrong business analysis skills with experience in requirements gathering and process mappingExperience in developing project reports and designing intuitive dashboardsSkilled in data visualization and presentation of complex project informationPMP or PRINCE2 certification preferredExcellent communication, leadership, and client relationship management skillsProficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e. g.
