Primary ResponsibilityThe Territory Manager drives business growth by supporting channel partners (resellers and sub-dealers) and ensuring post-sale customer satisfaction. Their primary focus is to enable and support channel partners while following up with end users to maximize product value and satisfaction.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive sales enablement for channel partners (resellers and sub-dealers) by providing comprehensive support, including product demonstrations, training, joint customer visits, and proposal assistance.Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with channel partners at the branch level through consistent engagement, regular meetings, and strategic alignment sessionsCollect and analyze critical market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights, effectively reporting findings to relevant internal teams.Conduct proactive post-sale follow-ups with end users to ensure proper product usage, troubleshooting issues, and identify upselling opportunitiesDeliver product and sales training sessions for both partners and end usersRepresent and support the company at key industry events within the territory, including trade shows, seminars, and promotional activitiesQualificationsRequired:Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years of experience in B2B sales or channel salesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyPreferredExperience selling technical products (e.g., medical devices, industrial equipment, IT hardware/software)Experience working with distributors or channel partnersFamiliarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)Ideal Candidate ProfileCollaborative mindset with a strong sense of ownershipCustomer-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solvingResilient and persistent in working through on-the-ground challengesWe encourage all relevant applicants to apply.
