Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Manager to oversee all commercial activities within the designated region. This role is crucial for driving revenue growth, managing sub-dealers, strengthening customer relationships, and implementing strategic sales initiatives aligned with company objectives.Directly Managed CentresAchieve sales targets and contribute to regional growth.Prepare and maintain accurate sales forecasts.Identify and propose development actions for potential centres.Own Centers & Support for Other CentersEnsure presence during key procedures or customer interactions. Participate in conferences, congresses, and support field marketing initiatives.Organise product presentations and training sessions for physicians and department staff.Share market intelligence, including competitor activities and product trends, to support strategic planning.Collaborate in the preparation of tender documentation and contract proposalsSales Excellence & ComplianceUtilise Account Planning and Commercial Excellence tools (e.g., CCP.com) to manage accounts effectively.Uphold the highest standards of ethical behaviour and compliance.Promote a culture of integrity and ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements.Required Knowledge & SkillsStrong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.Customer-oriented with strong listening and negotiation capabilities.Proactive, positive attitude with a focus on results.Technical ProficiencyGood command of English (written and spoken). Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel and PowerPoint.ExperienceMinimum 5 years of sales experience in multinational companies in the medical device or healthcare industry. Experience in managing sub-dealers and working within hospital procurement and tendering processes.
