Job DescriptionJob Summary:Manage territory revenue growth and customer success by bringing to bear NI resources and partnerships. Also needed are skills to mentor and develop sales channels for increased effectiveness and efficiency, as well as to build a strong partner network for long-term success.In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Territory Channel Management: Develop and carry out a Territory Growth Plan along with distributor and partner as main channels. Develop and mentor distributor team in sales activities including forecasting, opportunity pipeline management and review etc.Owning Partner/Channel Relationship: Be an Expert Connector, Establishing and maintaining relationships with key business contributors of the territory, inclusive of System Integrator, Distributor Partners and internal teams.Optimizing channel coverage and channel conflictDemand Generation: Co-visit with partners, understand and address customer needs and responsible for creating demand that can be driven by a Partner and deliver on job training to partners.Customer Success: Understand challenges from 1 st hand engagement, ensure customer success from initial engagement to lifecycle end. Be active in providing customer feedback to headquarters and apply the customers’ feedback on driving account penetration with cross-functional teams. Collect market insights: Be responsible for articulating the territory’s potential, account insights and opportunities win/lost reasons with competition information.Key Performance Objectives Consistently achieve sales goals and meet sales quota Ability to acquire new customer by selling software and other NI productsUsing sales tracking systems to provide accurate forecasts. Demonstrate market knowledgeLearn NI products and systems and relevant value propositions.Who You Are:You quickly and decisively act in constantly evolving, unexpected situations.
