Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Territory Manager located in Kolkata. The Territory Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals and institutions, driving sales performance within the assigned territory. Responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, promoting Healthium’s product portfolio, achieving sales targets, implementing territory-specific strategies, and monitoring competitor activities. The role will also involve providing product demonstrations and ensuring client satisfaction through effective account management. Qualifications Sales and Marketing skills with a focus on territory planning and achieving sales targetsStrong relationship management and customer service skills to build long-term partnerships with healthcare professionalsProficiency in communication, negotiation, and presentation skillsAbility to analyze market trends and competitor activities effectivelyExperience in medical devices, surgical consumables, or related healthcare fields preferredBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related fieldWillingness to travel within the assigned territory as needed
