Ethicon, a member of the Johnson & Johnson family of medical device companies, is recruiting for a Territory Manager to support their Wound Closure and Healing business in the Kuwait. Wound Closure and Healing is an area dedicated to aid in surgery by focusing on an array of technologies to enable surgeons to perform all type of Surgeries. We offer Sutures and Topical Skin Adhesive.Aim Of JobGeneration of business growth versus previous year and Achieve 100% of the sales goal as planned quarterly and annually.Main AccountabilitiesIdentify achievable and relevant quarterly target customers in all segments that lead to meeting annual Business Plans.Accomplish quarterly, monthly and weekly priority sales goals through efficient use of time and resources.Routinely follow the sales process in order to consistently advance target customers along the selling cycle.Continuously expand knowledge necessary to represent our complete product line to all customer segments in a professional manner.Routinely ensure customer satisfaction with all products by providing education in proper product application, features functions and benefits.Manage business relationships and external/internal customer communications in a cooperative, timely and efficient manner.Attending O.R with all focus specialties 3 days a week.Knowledge of Wound Closure and Healing business.Conduct in-service training on company systems to HCPs (surgeons and nurses).Main performance measures (Performance Goals)Achieve 100% of the growth goal by the end of each quarter and the year.Clear relationship between call activity/resource allocation and sales results with target customersConsistently increase the number of calls that advance the customer along the selling cycle.Communications are made in a cooperative, timely, accurate and transparent manner.Continuously expand knowledge necessary to represent our complete product line to all customer segments in a professional manner.Experience & Style(Education): Bachelor Degree of Business, Marketing, Pharmacy or Medical science.(Years of Experience) : Minimum 2 years Experience in medical devices,(Must Have Leadership Skills): strong understanding of Key account management principlesExcellent communication, organizational and analytical skills with enthusiasm and determined to successesCustomer Focus, innovation and self confident.Gulf Countries Experience is highly recommended.(Language): Ability to Speak fluent English and Arabic is a plus.
