About this Position Drive sales growth and customer engagement in the Surabaya (East Java) by executing sales strategies aligned with Henkel’s SBU and sustainability objectives. This role focuses on managing existing distributor accounts, acquiring new customers, and ensuring strong brand representation in the Automotive Repairing Aftermarket Segment.What You´ll Do Execute sales plans and strategies in line with SBU and sustainability goals to maintain and grow customer base. Develop and implement action plans for each customer based on their roadmap to enhance loyalty and long-term partnerships. Achieve sales and distribution targets (KP OSG, PC %, GP %) within assigned territory/accounts. Build and maintain strong customer relationships; implement customer-centric initiatives and act on feedback. Coordinate with Key Account Managers and Sales team on customer priorities; monitor activities and pricing positioning. Work with Technical Customer Service to conduct line trials and resolve customer requests or complaints. Execute pricing and promotional actions; support KAM strategy (listing, promotions). Manage and/or guide distributor salesforce and third-party representatives. Ensure excellence in execution at point of sale, including merchandising and brand representation in stores/workshops. Conduct field visits to monitor store implementation, promotions, stock levels, and identify gaps. Coordinate education programs and measure sales impact with technical advisors. Process customer orders, negotiate agreements, and maintain accurate documentation. What makes you a good fit Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the Automotive Repairing Aftermarket SegmentStrong network with spare parts partners, automotive paint distributors and OES channels in Indonesia. Technical knowledge of vehicle repair processes is an advantage. Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to work independently. Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Proficiency in English and Indonesian.
