We thrive on collaboration, continuous improvement, and the belief that every role matters when it comes to making a difference.Your Role and ImpactIn this role, you will be a key driver of growth in Turkey, responsible for managing and expanding customer accounts, executing sales strategies, and contributing to regional business success.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive core growth by managing existing accounts and capturing new opportunities within the territoryExecute commercial strategies aligned with annual sales and financial targetsDevelop and maintain strategic account plans, including regular business reviews and forecastsBuild and sustain strong relationships with key customers and channel partnersResolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure outstanding satisfactionUtilize Salesforce (SFDC) to manage opportunities, pipelines, and territory performanceProvide timely market insights to support pricing and commercial decision-makingActively engage in Growth Room activities and implement countermeasures for underperformanceRepresent Beckman Coulter at industry conferences, exhibitions, and customer eventsFollow company policies and standard work to ensure compliance and excellenceLeverage Danaher Business System (DBS) tools to drive sales execution and operational rigorWhat You’ll Need To SucceedBachelor's degree with 5+ years of professional experience, or Master’s degree with 3+ years of experience in a commercial or sales roleStrong track record in direct or channel-based sales, ideally within laboratory diagnostics or healthcareExperience with market planning, opportunity management, and account growthExcellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skillsAbility to work independently while collaborating closely with cross-functional teamsAt Beckman Coulter Diagnostics, your ideas matter, your impact is real, and your career is just getting started.
