Territory Sales ExecutiveLocation: KarachiPurpose of the JobThe Territory Sales Executive is responsible for achieving sales targets within their assigned territory by focusing on brand and SKU-level performance. The role involves managing the distribution setup, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring effective operations, and driving product penetration in the market. Additionally, the executive is tasked with developing and executing field sales plans, implementing trade programs, monitoring market trends, providing market intelligence, and collaborating with the team to adapt to changes and counter competition.Job DescriptionThe position is responsible for the achievement of territory sales targets (Primary & Secondary) by town, by brand and by SKUsManage distribution setup & maintain effective customers relationshipsEnsure excellence in distribution operations to drive product penetration within the trade universe in the assigned territoryResponsible to develop and implement field sales plans of the assigned territoryCommunication and Implementation of trade programs in the marketMonitoring and analyzing market trends to identify new opportunities to gain market shareProvide market intelligence on regular basis to counter competition activitiesMust be a team player who is able to successfully operate in a team environment and is adaptable to changePreparing and presenting reports to the sales team and leadershipExperience & QualificationMinimum Bachelor's degree in relevant fieldCandidates should have at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably within FMCG industrySkills & CompetenciesInterpersonal and Communication SkillsStakeholder ManagementNegotiation SkillsTeam Player
