Territory Sales Manager (Fleet Card Sales) - Central United StatesOur Client is a member-owned network ofindependent truck stops and service centers. Specializing in wholesale fuel sales and fleet card programs, Our Client provides cost-effective diesel fuel and maintenance services for trucking fleets and motorcoach operators. Through partnerships and Fleet Card Program, they offer near-wholesale pricing for fleet customers at locations along major U.S. routes.Job Title: Territory Sales Manager - Central USAPosition Summary:The Territory Sales Manager (TSM) for the Mid Continent Region is a pivotal role responsible for driving fuel and maintenance sales to member partners by fostering strong client relationships and delivering profitable transactions. The TSM will collaborate closely with client members, fleet customers, and prospects to promote client programs, retain existing business, and expand market presence. This role requires a proactive, results-driven professional with excellent communication skills and a passion for exceeding sales targets.Key Responsibilities:Actively promote and sell client programs to drive fuel and maintenance transactions.Build and maintain strong relationships with members and customers to ensure long-term loyalty.Retain and grow existing member, fuel, and service business.Conduct a minimum of 25 face-to-face sales calls per month to engage clients and prospects.Maintain accurate and comprehensive records using Microsoft Dynamics CRM to track sales activities and client interactions.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions.Adapt strategies to meet evolving business needs and achieve regional sales goals.Qualifications:Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.Experience:Fleet Sales Experience Preferred.Minimum of three years of relevant sales experience required.Proficiency with CRM systems, particularly Microsoft Dynamics, preferred.Skills and Competencies:Exceptional presentation, verbal, and written communication skills.Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.Proven sales acumen, ideally within the fleet industry.Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Empathy, adaptability, persistence, and resilience in dynamic sales environments.A growth-oriented mindset with an entrepreneurial spirit and sense of ownership.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:Requires ≥50% travel within the US and Canada to meet with clients and prospects.Must reside within the assigned Central USA region.Occasional lifting of up to approximately 25 pounds may be required.Compensation & Benefits:Salary $70,000.00 and incredibly lucrative commission program (i.e. Sales Role), Medical, Dental Vision, 401K match, Paid Vacation & Holidays, and MUCH MORE!No need for relocation.
