Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Test Analyst with 3 years of experience in software testing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining test plans to ensure the quality and functionality of software applications.Key Responsibilities:Analyze business requirements and technical specifications to create detailed test cases.Execute manual and automated tests across various platforms and environments.Identify, document, and track defects using tools like JIRA or similar.Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA team members to resolve issues.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.3 years of hands-on experience in software testing.Strong knowledge of testing methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).Experience with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).Familiarity with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman) is a plus.Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
