Test and Evaluation Lab TechnicianSeattle, WA (100% Onsite) Pay Rate: $24.40/hr (W2) Contract: 6 monthsAbout the RoleOur major aerospace client is seeking a Test and Evaluation Lab Technician to join their production support team in Seattle, WA. In this role, you’ll participate in test setup, integration, and troubleshooting activities that ensure electrical systems and components meet strict engineering and safety standards.This is a hands-on position supporting troubleshooting of electrical functional test failures in a high-paced production environment.Key ResponsibilitiesParticipate in test design, setup, and teardown of components, test fixtures, and systemsPerform procurement, fabrication, and assembly of test hardwareConduct and document routine tests and data analysesTroubleshoot basic lab and test-related issuesInstall, remove, or modify aircraft wiring using hand tools and electrical test equipmentAssist in developing new diagnostic and troubleshooting proceduresQualificationsU.S. Citizenship required (must be able to obtain a security clearance)Electrical/electronic background — ability to apply Ohm’s Law, Kirchhoff’s Law, and basic circuit calculationsAbility to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and wiring diagramsExperience operating oscilloscopes, multimeters, and power suppliesKnowledge of aircraft wiring and shieldingExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsPreferred TraitsDriven and ambitious, thrives in a high-stress, fast-paced production environment“Mission mindset” - takes ownership and pride in critical troubleshooting work
