It’s fully built in the AWS cloud using modern, serverless technologies.What You'll Be DoingDesign, develop, and maintain automated tests for UI, API, and database layers using TypeScript and PlaywrightAnalyze and maintain CI/CD pipelines in GitLab, identifying and fixing flaky tests and integration issuesSupport developers in writing and improving automated tests as part of the delivery pipelineCollaborate closely with manual testers to extend test coverage and improve test effectivenessParticipate in sprint activities (planning, refinement, retrospectives) to ensure quality is integrated throughout the development processReview and optimize test suites for scalability, speed, and reliabilityContribute to continuous improvement of testing standards, practices, and tooling across the projectExpected competences and knowledge5+ years of professional experience in software testing, with a strong focus on test automationHands-on experience in writing automated tests using Playwright (UI, API, and DB layers)Solid knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScriptPractical experience testing web applications (React/TypeScript frontend and Java backend preferred)Experience with GitLab pipelines or similar CI/CD toolsGood understanding of AWS cloud environmentsExperience in database testing (SQL-based validation and data verification)Strong debugging and analytical skills to identify root causes of failuresExcellent communication and collaboration skills, especially within Agile teamsTechnologies you'll work withTypeScript, ReactJavaPlaywright AWSGitLabSQL Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?We have partnered with our Client, a leading HR company with over 60 years of experience and a presence in multiple countries around the world.
