20 years on the Romanian IT market and still growing.Part of the HN Services Group, with offices in France, Spain, Portugal, and Luxembourg, HN Services Romania is about building real careers, not just filling roles.What you’ll find here:• Digital transformation projects with real impact• A wide range of technical roles across modern and legacy technologies (yes, COBOL is still very much alive)• Exposure to diverse industries and international environments• Continuous growth through our in-house software development training center (HN Training Institute)💡We are currently looking for experienced professionals to deliver high-quality, stable, and resilient software solutions.Key Responsibilities• Contribute to the product testing strategy• Contribute to the definition of acceptance criteria for Epics/Features and write associated acceptance scenarios• Contribute to test progress reporting and anomaly tracking and produce test evidence• Provide report for test progress and closure• Contribute to user acceptance testing• Participate in Agile ceremonies• Gain an understanding of the business context and technical environment• Design, write, and execute the test plans for an Epic/Feature• Obtain or create test data sets• Perform end to end testing of the Epics/Features developed within the Tribe• Verify that the features or updates meet all functional requirements and specifications.• Make sure that the features or updates are designed in a way that allows for effective testing• Set up and maintain the test repository: test plan, test cases, test data• Adhere to best practices and standards in testing to ensure thorough and reliable outcomesWhat we are looking for:• Strong experience in manual end to end testing, including test strategy, test planning, test case creation, test execution, defect management and test reporting• Familiarity with test management tools and defect tracking systems• Ability to learn and understand complex business flows and application functionality• French advanced level written and spoken• The ability to research on their own and gather information from different stakeholders and developers• Good planning, organization and time management skills• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to communicate efficient with the team (business, developers, POs)• High level of motivation and autonomy• Excellent problem-solving skills• Knowledge of Agile methodologiesNice to ha• ISTQB certification would be a plus• Experience in banking projectsOnly eligible candidates will be contacted for further information and start of the recruitment process.
