You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure quality delivery and compliance with KPIs.RequiredKey Responsibilities10–12 years of professional experience in test management and QA leadershipDefine and review test strategies aligned with organizational goalsManage and mentor QA teams across multiple projects and geographiesCoordinate E2E and UAT testing efforts with business stakeholdersMonitor and report QA KPIs including defect rates, test coverage, and velocityEnsure compliance with test policies and standardsDrive continuous improvement initiatives in QA processes and toolsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality deliveryParticipates in interviews and mission follow-up of the QA resources for this teamReview Test Plans, Test Cases, Anomalies and be able to train people on SQUASH TM and on the testing processes, methodologies, best practices. Skills & QualificationsStrong understanding of test management principles and QA methodologiesExperience with test planning, estimation, execution, and reportingProficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, SQUASH TM, and TMMiKnowledge of Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practicesISTQB Test Manager certification preferredExperience with CI/CD pipelines and Agile methodologiesISTQB certification preferred Soft SkillsStrong analytical and debugging skillsEffective communication and collaborationProblem-solving mindsetAbility to work in cross-functional teamsProficient in English and FrenchPersonalBesides the professional qualifications of the candidates, we place great importance in addition to various forms personality profile.
