The CTO organization takes care of the battery cell development. Our responsibility includes research, predevelopment of materials and components, series development, prototyping, testing and analysis of battery cells.How You Will CELLebrateDevelop and define standard tests for mechanical cell components based on cell specifications and customer requirementsDerive release test conditions on components level as well as on cell level to evaluate functional, chemical and safety properties of cell components and materialsCreate test specifications on material level to ensure quality of incoming goodsSupport test execution including planning of resources, time schedule and tracking of progressOptimize mechanical components together with part owners and mechanical designersSupport the develop and implement test standards together with suppliersWhat You Need For Our CELLebrationSuccessfully completed (under-)graduate degree (optionally PhD) in electrical, chemical, or mechanical engineering, or similar educationExperience in requirements management or test management in the automotive fieldExperience in testing and data analysis Highly structured and responsible way of workHigh degree of self-initiative and target orientationBusiness fluent English language skillsWhat Else Can You BringProfound knowledge in mechanics of different material classes (e.g. metals, polymers, ceramics)Sound knowledge in the area of battery cells, cell components, and battery materialsAbove-average ability to work in a team and enjoy working in an agile working environmentWhat To Look Forward ToFlexible working hours from 28 to 40h per weekPossibility of a 4-day-week (up to 35h per week)30 days paid + 10 days unpaid leaveMobile work optionsRelocation supportMore benefits to come
