Test Manager

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join one of our key clients in Insurance Sector, in Switzerland, within the CI IT business unit, on a 10 month contract (80 - 100 % workload), with the strong possibility of extension.In this role, you will become part of a high‑profile, strategic initiative that aims to design and build multiple line‑of‑business models for a global e2e underwriting platform. You will be working closely with underwriters, solution architects, developers and senior business stakeholders to understand how Commercial Insurance products are assessed, priced and underwritten, and then turn that understanding into clear, high‑quality requirements and functional concepts that shape the platform of the future.Your day-to-day will involve collaborating with subject‑matter experts to analyse and map as‑is and to‑be processes, running elicitation sessions, transforming complex business needs into IT specifications, and supporting the delivery teams throughout the full lifecycle, up to testing, change activities and post‑implementation support. You will own your topics end‑to‑end, contribute to backlog planning, and participate in cross‑team workshops where solution design and feasibility are challenged and refined.To succeed, you should bring at least 5 years of hands‑on Business Analyst experience in large‑scale, global transformation programs, ideally within insurance or financial services. A strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and comfort working in agile, multicultural environments are essential. Knowledge of German and English is mandatoryYou will be joining a motivated team of five Business Analysts within a wider mixed project setup of PMs, developers and testers, all working toward a unified goal.
